      Amazing environment. Great coworkers. Overall a fun and decently creative job!

      Cons

      Could be paid a bit more, especially when it would probably take a month to train to be manager. Not the best income if you are relying one one job

      Incredible staff, very kind and genuine and extremely close knit. A wonderful store environment with such a fun job description.

      Pros

      Good People, and good times working here remotely close to my home, while studying at Old Dominion University! I love their products + clothing as well.

      Cons

      All of the pros are there! There are no "cons" to working at Catch Surfboard Company.
