Not a good environment - Account Coordinator CatchOn Employee Review

- No leader mentorship or training (don't think you'll learn anything) - A lot of manual work on excel and ppt (compared to interning at other places with automation and databases) - Tech is backwards and you'll be use old PC's, nothing is wireless (substandard) - Colleagues are not diverse, except for one or two foreigners at my time but it's not an internationl agency - Company growth progression is bad, many ppl talk about no promotions for long time (directors make excuses) - No transparent information about employment, career terms and progression (there's no HR so cannot compare with other companies with educated HR people) - Secretive environment, learn by yourself
