The company is focused on international recruitment services, so the consultants are often working on international processes in other countries which mean a time difference between the country and Spain so the consultant has to adapt to the local schedule of the candidates. The work of consultant is mostly recognized by the clients and team leaders, not by senior management. The promotions are very strange and based on some strange criteria which nobody knows. A good consultant with languages has no possibility for professional growth; because he/she is doing his/her work well. That's why people without language skills and without results often gain higher positions and promotions within the company. This is also the way the company loses the talents with international exposure.
