      None to share (Nice office).

      Cons

      Privately held company. Leadership NOT sales oriented, very controlling and monitoring every move (camera in sales pit). No career progression for sales people and heavy favoritism for the old timers in the company, very crippling for any new hire.

      They have been been in business a long time

      Cons

      The software is antiquated - if it was 1994 it would be great The leadership team has zero sales experience. They say they want change but are too impatient to see the results Leadership very uncomfortable with remote workers so be prepared to be micromanaged Zero culture. Management does not care at all about their employees - they are as cold as ice.
