Pros

Good learning experience about Workplace RED FLAGS to avoid.

Cons

Unprofessional Management: The Team Leader (TL) was consistently rude and provided zero training or guidance. He completely shirked his responsibilities, dumping the task of teaching and managing the interns onto another employee. The overall management style relied heavily on intimidation and power-tripping. Suffocating Culture: The office environment is incredibly toxic. Management actively discourages basic workplace communication, creating a tense and isolated atmosphere. Unsurprisingly, multiple employees and interns resigned simultaneously during my time there (within two weeks). Exploitative Hours & Pay: The compensation provided does not match the heavy workload. Being expected to work a 6-day workweek (Monday-Saturday) with rigid hours from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM for a minimal stipend is highly exploitative and well below standard market rates for the exhausting hours demanded. Unethical HR & Wage Theft: After I voluntarily resigned, I was completely denied my pro-rata compensation for the days I had already worked. HR claimed that they do not accept intern resignations and stated that no Full and Final (FnF) settlement would be done because I did not serve a 30-day notice period even though absolutely no notice period terms were mentioned anywhere in my signed offer letter.
