Pros
everyone gets a holiday bonus regardless of time with company or position. insurance is offered at no cost to you, free training to improve resume and move on at a later date.
Cons
there is zero 'scale' or structure to who makes what-no way to gauge how your salary will improve moving forward with company. every person is judged differently, there is no way to tell. having 3 owners, means they ALL have a vote and it is never unanimous. company is hard up for employees so they allow a lot of negative behavior and issues to continue as they aren't in a position to let anyone go....ever. There is no way to hold anyone accountable for actions, and they let the employees run the ship.
