      The only pros is you will learn alot about how the body works and you help others which is also self satisfying.

      Cons

      Overhere the higher ups get away with everything, and they treat you like you are nothing and no value at all, even though you do so much.

      Loyal, tenured staff. Busy level I trauma hospital.

      Cons

      Leadership had no vision and was very resistant to change. There was a culture of blame instead of getting to the root cause of issues.
