      Pros

      My experience with the hospital I work at for catholic health has been pleasant. Everyone is friendly and I was given a 6 month orientation on my unit which my colleagues, who work at other hospitals, were surprised by.

      Staffing can be short at times, but its hard to find a hospital that doesn't struggle with this problem

      Loyal, tenured staff. Busy level I trauma hospital.

      Cons

      Leadership had no vision and was very resistant to change. There was a culture of blame instead of getting to the root cause of issues.
