Pros
Location is central, offices are decent, other employees for the most part are good to work with.
Cons
The ridiculous company policies make it a pain. Mandatory flu shots for non clinical staff or you are forced to take a 4 month leave with no pay. Women are not allowed to wear sleeveless garments - not spaghetti straps, ANYTHING that shows your shoulders. Posting on social media about personal beliefs that don't align with their mission are grounds for termination. Insurance is terrible and doesn't cover birth control for women period. HR dept. is kind of pointless and doesn't take action when needed. They always lose good employees because they don't pay well enough and pile on additional work to the people that stay with no salary bump.
