Pros
Wonderful coworkers, flexible schedules, supportive environment, decent pay. Good supervisors and managers.
Cons
The director running it has no idea how to run a call center. They are micromanaging, and clearly over their head. Whitewashes results to upper management to hide staffing issues. Doesn’t listen to employee concerns. Will target employees they don’t like and agree with to the point of a hostile work environment. Has lost 4 members of leadership in less than a year and over 20 staff.
