Multiple.
If you have a respiratory issue, like asthma, you will not be able to breathe very well in the building. It is hot all the time.
Refused my reasonable accommodation request for my heat intolerance.
Claims team is upstairs and in an office that isn't designed for the amount of people in the office. It is cramped to the point that you cannot stand two-by-two in a vast majority of the upstairs office.
Management hires family and close friends.
