Great colleagues, varied work, opportunities to get really stuck in to lots of projects. Good benefits.
Cons
Late finishes most nights and weekend working is not unusual, nowhere near enough resources for the amount of work the agency takes on. Clients given unrealistic deadlines which adds to the pressure. Told to code time to unbillable job codes for many work-related tasks/meetings which leaves your productivity down at no fault of your own.
