Thank you for taking the time to review Caudwell Marine, we appreciate your feedback. It is disappointing to hear that your experience has not been as others in the organisation who have recently left us. Our need to address the working arrangements at our test facility has left us in a better place as we now operate from 6am to 9.30pm rather than a ‘normal day’. Whilst we recognise this change was disruptive, we consulted and made several changes based on the feedback. This change was critical to increase the number of hours available to achieve our validation plan. As part of this change, we introduced a shift premium, and all employees received an overall increase for working less hours with the additional opportunity to earn overtime.
