Pros

There is none. This soul destroying company make sure of that.

Cons

Where do I start. They will constantly change contracts, try to dress up figures in salary to favor them not you. They do not value you. Your input will never be acknowledged. The HR person should resign. They think that you can run a marine company like you run a car parts factory. They have utterly no clue in retaining good employees. The whole project is compromised as management do not listen . Your job will never be secure.

It is disappointing to hear that your experience has not been as others in the organisation who have recently left us. Our need to address the working arrangements at our test facility has left us in a better place as we now operate from 6am to 9.30pm rather than a ‘normal day’. Whilst we recognise this change was disruptive, we consulted and made several changes based on the feedback. This change was critical to increase the number of hours available to achieve our validation plan. As part of this change, we introduced a shift premium, and all employees received an overall increase for working less hours with the additional opportunity to earn overtime.

Pros

Overall a decent bunch of people. New era has the potential to take in a good direction.

Cons

Company management direction has historically been poor. Some of the new hires at the company just awful, due to low perm staff wages. Perm staff get almost no paternity or sick leave. No bonuses or benefits of any kind. Lots of staff churn.
