From day one I have been encouraged to contribute my thoughts and ideas to every discussion. When it comes to project deliverables, I am given creative freedom and trust to get the job done in the way that is most comfortable for me! Caura is full of incredibly hard-working and intelligent people. The team is small enough that you get to interact with everyone. Being surrounded by smart, talented people has certainly helped accelerate my own personal development. Caura is growing remarkably fast (the growth is just getting started!). The whole team being focused on a single mission is a great bonding experience.

None! Bear in mind Caura is a growth-stage startup so the work pace can be quick and you are expected to take on considerable responsibility (but the team thrives in this environment!).
