Pros
Flexible schedule (in most cases) No micro-managing Fully-remote Depending on the role you take, since it is still a start-up, I would recommend gaining the experience and then moving on to bigger and better opportunities.
Cons
The CEO/Co-founder is clueless about sales. What is promised in your contract regarding compensation is most likely something you'll never actually receive. Lacks a clear vision for the company. Felt more like telemarketing.
