The Benefits are not as strong as I would like but it is a smaller company without a lot of room to negotiate.

-Overtime is probably the only best thing this job has to offer. -Good place to learn the basics and move to a better company -The employess make the job more enjoyable -If your at CAV2 or CAV3 Cesar will work with you -Monday-Friday Schedule

-Company doesnt give out raises or do yearly performance reviews (you will work 2-3 years before seeing a raise) or until Robbie approves it Ha which could take forever.At least at the buildings in Maryland CAV2 & CAV3. -Benefits are trash and not worth getting -No Employee engagment (to boost morale) - No room for growth unless someone leaves or gets fired
