      My co-workers are amazing to work with.

      Cons

      Cavender has a plan to hold more revenue by routing lots of money through internal sources. i.e mandatory charges to vehicle (floor mats, ceramic coating, paint protection film) all in the name of more money for the owners.

      Pros

      Nice company and culture. Clean facilities and good training.

      Cons

      Poor management. As a tech I would watch flat rate work designated for me the used car tech go to other people. I would sit there and earn nothing.
