-Extremely welcoming environment with plenty of day to day perks. -Rapid expansion allowing for more openings on a pretty regular basis. -Great people.
Cons
-Company is still determining it's structure which leads to large fissures in the organization. -"Startup mentality" often means lumping more work than is manageable on existing employees.
