Oddly Political - Senior ML Engineer Cavnue Employee Review

- Oddly political and siloed for such a small company. Very few meetings with upper management. People play games where they try to be the one in the spotlight to get attention. I don't play those kind of games. - Work is stressful almost constantly, trying to meet deadlines. - They are strapped for cash and failing to raise more funds. - Everyone who is good is leaving. I strongly suggest you avoid this company. Senior leadership tries to sell a rosy outlook, but it's all smoke and mirrors.
