Pros
Benefits are fantastic and the pay is very good too. Bonus depends on how much you agree with upper management and all their wisdom.
Cons
Management is very poor. It is their way or the highway. Most projects are done without thinking. They consistently try to pound the round peg into the square hole. If you inform them that they are taking the wrong approach and provide the whys, you will fall out of favor. They eventually come to the same conclusion several years and millions of dollars later.
