Everyone was quite nice and helpful. The workload was manageable and it seems that most people tend to work there for many years (low turnover)

The company seems to be going through economic difficulties

Everyone is friendly and collaborative. They will happily help you out between departments and the work is plentiful.

Unqualified staff are promoted to positions of management and that falls to the subordinates who care to work through issues. Very reactionary responses to issues.
