Cons
Management has clear favorites and awards bonuses based on that favoritism. They protect employees who do the least, especially if that employee is part of the LGBQ choice. Case in point a gay employee who does half the work of others, is routinely taking extended breaks and truly works about (5) hours a day because he hides in the restroom on his phone, leaves for extended lunches, and completes literally half the assembly as the rest announced right in front of our team that he got a bonus on his paycheck. When others inquired with the supervisor they were told it was an "on the spot bonus." When inquiry was made as to how to qualify for that they were assured they would get an answer, but never did. This has led to employees reducing their own efforts and created a bitter work place. An employee whom should have been fired months ago instead has been elevated above them. Many theorize he;s carrying out some "activities" that got him that bonus. Simply not fair and totally unethical.
