      The staff are friendly and create a positive atmosphere in the workplace

      Cons

      There is little to very minimal training provided with the role. You are expected to read and understand a long training document in a minimal amount of time, with no positive reinforcement to learn from mistakes.

      Very supportive co-workers. Being work from home due to this pandemic situation i never faced any problem related to connectivity with people working with me. Everyone is always available online whenever needed.
