- There are a couple of teams filled with ego and do not listen to suggestions, they try to show their upper hand in seniority and will force you to follow their way of coding even if it's wrong
- The codebase is a mess, and seniors have no intention of fixing it, they will only try to prove their point on how they were right and will not accept their mistake
- Laptops given to developers are pathetic, those laptops are barely capable of running 2-3 parallel applications smoothly
- They do offer free food, but the lunch is too oily and the taste is the same for all sort of gravy
