      Pros

      Its one of the best company in its segment salary credit always on time. Environment is very good. Senior team members are very supportive even they gave their business to junior to support them

      Cons

      Difficult to grow here. Difficult to get hike in salary as you need to complete your target order in 6 months and all payments should be collected within time frame and if a client won't make his payment on time you will be able to get increment in your salary.

      there is a lot of learning and face to face interactions with the clients

      Cons

      Whatever post you hold no matter you have to do the sale and fulfill your targets appraisal policy is too bad employee retention is not there working culture is not good If sale is not there are chances that you will be kicked out of the organization no second chances are there
