there is a lot of learning and face to face interactions with the clients

Whatever post you hold no matter you have to do the sale and fulfill your targets
appraisal policy is too bad
employee retention is not there
working culture is not good
If sale is not there are chances that you will be kicked out of the organization no second chances are there
