      No pros what so ever.

      Cons

      The work culture is poor, feels like SBI employees. People mock each other. Poor software they use, ERP is poor, CRM is poor, HRMS is no HRMS it is a website that allows your to mark your attendance approved by your manager. No new Ideas. No replys on mail what so ever. No FNF after you leave. Wrong promises done by managers. Customer gaali dete hai. Worst company ever !!!!

      there is a lot of learning and face to face interactions with the clients

      Cons

      Whatever post you hold no matter you have to do the sale and fulfill your targets appraisal policy is too bad employee retention is not there working culture is not good If sale is not there are chances that you will be kicked out of the organization no second chances are there
