Pros
The time off is generous between the holidays, breaks, and PTO.
Cons
Leadership refuses to hold people accountable. They let useless directors/managers stay in their positions for years who do absolutely nothing. The workload is overwhelming. The pay sucks for the amount of work you're responsible for and how much burn out it creates. They don't care about psychological safety or work life balance.
