The people at Cedar Dean are incredibly supportive, engaged and committed to achieving shared success. Innovation is one of the Cedar Dean’s core values and any idea is appreciated. A lot, if not most ideas get seen through, which is incredibly fun and exciting, especially if it ends up positively impacting business or morale. Personal and professional development is also greatly encouraged. The company offers plenty of opportunities for us to learn and grow, and other team members can always find the time to explain/teach something to you. Everyone is appreciated and recognised for the work they do. Whether it is personal acknowledgement or being awarded Team Member of the Month, it is something that Cedar Dean does really well, and something that I haven’t really experienced in other companies that I have worked in.

We are moving to a new office in the next couple of months, which will be great as we are growing in numbers and running out of space!

Everyone can give their contribution to any type of improvement and they will be heard. They've been very understanding and keen to help me succeed, not just in my career but also in life, which I think isn't that common in nowadays companies.
