The environment encourages collaboration, with a focus on innovation, and improving customer satisfaction through answering to what the customers actually need in a product. Throughout the company, there is a great deal of passion for testing, improving, and perfecting our line of products. I thrive in an environment where my co-workers share genuine interest and care for the work they do, and I value an environment where my company has a genuine interest and care for it's employees.
