I enjoy organizing and processing documentation, so this job was a perfect fit for me. The general culture of Cedar is very positive, goal focused, and team oriented. The environment encourages collaboration, with a focus on innovation, and improving customer satisfaction through answering to what the customers actually need in a product. Throughout the company, there is a great deal of passion for testing, improving, and perfecting our line of products. I thrive in an environment where my co-workers share genuine interest and care for the work they do, and I value an environment where my company has a genuine interest and care for it's employees.

Not for people who cannot work closely with coworkers in different time zones, or remotely.

This is genuinely a supportive workplace where people care about one another and take pride in what they do. Across the board, people are approachable, collaborative and easy to work with on a day to day basis. Everyone is working toward the same goals so there’s strong alignment across the different teams. There’s also a strong sense of teamwork as there’s a lot of cross functional collaboration on different projects. You’re never approaching a project or an idea by yourself. Management also stands out for being attentive and genuinely invested in employees’ well being and making sure people feel supported. Overall, it’s a positive environment where people work together and support one another to succeed.
