      During my tenure at Cedar, I had the full support of my seniors & managers. I could reach out to them anytime. They empowered me to take ownership of different projects and always appreciated me for my accomplishments.

      Pros

      The company conducts appraisals on a regular basis. You get an appraisal after completion of one year in the company. Nearly 80% of Cedar’s consulting staff gets promoted every year.

      Cons

      During my tenure at Cedar, I felt my yearly compensation was a little less than I actually expected.
