Pros

everyone works remotely with cedar equipment, which is problem number 1

Cons

very disorganized internally can take weeks o get an invoice paid. the cumbersome process takes a long time to do something simple. regional has favorites and will tell you to take the blame for the team. PTO is a joke you have yo find some one to cover for you or no PTO get sick work sick they do not care nor will you be able to use any PTO you have. They do not pay you for travel expect you to visit properties when you are on personal time because they don't get property visits as part of the contract but you should drive-thru without being compensated it makes the company look good, Took me just under 6 mos to know I did not want to work for them

Pros

No micro-managing; work independently; ability to create your own systems.

Cons

No systems or consistency in the way things are done throughout the company. Very little to no communication from RPM. No information regarding the budget you are to manage, therefore, you must ask for every little thing you need for your property. All cleaning supplies etc., are purchased from the dollar store; therefore you must use 3x's the amount of product and 3x's the manpower to obtain results you would ordinarily with decent supplies. Property owners are slumlords and are not willing to take care of their properties or residents. No pushback from management to hold owners accountable. No appreciation for the positive things you do. If there is an issue with a resident, you will receive no support from management. Upper management does not provide supplies needed to succeed - in essence you are set up to fail!
