      Excellent management Flexible scheduling Room to grow yourself and your position 1st day medical coverage 401k matching at 90 days

      Training sometimes slow Benefit offering - as a small (but growing!) company, the benefit choices are not broad, if that's important to you

      Pay was decent, limited travel. Some good folks there.

      Cons

      No real training and constant micromanaging. Think 2 calls a day to follow up on sales which would take 6-12 months to land.
