Cedarbrook was a beautiful property to work on. Great company/ benefits/perks/ family oriented environment.

Working every weekend, not as much schedule flexibility.

The people are wonderful to work with. I have made some great friends while working there. Unique hotel with on a beautiful property.

Performance raises don't exist and the pay is very low compared to industry standards. Management plays favorites within each department. The "incentive plan" makes no sense and is impossible for to revive a bonus. The turnover rate is very high.
