      I think a few years ago, this phrase defined the mindset of this company: "Take care of your employees and they will take care of your company". Today, it's almost bigger and should be "Take care of your whole ecosystem and it will take care of your business".

      There is only one seminar per year 😁

      Pros

      One of the best companies I’ve ever worked for. They respect your time and believe in work life balance strongly. I love how they take feedback from employees seriously and work to implement.

      Cons

      Salary is below national average but great benefits so it’s not terrible.

      Cons

      Not an inconvienient, but working at Cedreo needs to be agile (to be able to auto analyse oneself and the methods we use, and to change regularly because it can be better).
