Pros
Cefalo has a really good culture when it comes to work-life balance. 1. The company itself does not want you to work for more hours. And they really maintain it. 2. Provides food and the lunch is really good. But breakfast is the same every day. Overall I would say it food is better than most of the companies out there. 3. No micromanagement. It's all up to you how you deal with the client. 4. Colleagues are super friendly.
Cons
Different teams at Cefalo has different stacks and structure. None of them are the same. So, it mostly depends on your team. Since most of the clients are startups, they don't really use advanced tools. And this can be a big problem for people who wants to learn or wants to advance their career.
