      - Flexible hours - Good benefits - Good colleagues so far - Bonus

      Cons

      - Messy management - Literally reorg every year after the merge and all the new HOD wants revamp everything every year which makes us not sure about our kpi - Low pay and slow increment even you have good performance. It's all about the relationship between you and your head.

      One of the best benefits out there: 6 months maternity leave, Free staff line + family line, discounted fibre, 24 annual leaves, 20 MC, Rm2k device vouchers, medical and dental coverage, maternity claim up to Rm7k

      Cons

      Salary very hard to grow, increment average 3% per year, bonus getting lower each year
