They're few people you can enjoy working with and the product seems to be great but only if it's offered in conjunction with a partner solution such as Pega or Teradata.
Cons
- Micromanagement environment with lack of guidance and leadership - Blaming employees for everything that does not work well for the business - No sales-kick off events, No motivational program - Lack of team building and no recognition for exceeding expectations - Feels like working for a company in the '80s due to the lack of modern tools and software
