It is true that we do have an increased number of fully remote/home based US employees or employees whose roles allow them to work a hybrid (home/office) schedule. That is balanced by our 2 US sites (Phoenix/Lincoln) where we have several hundred office/clinic based staff.
Our variety of different job roles do allow us to offer all 3 types of working locations.

Client-facing demands combined with aggressive study timelines often lead to heavy workloads and long hours.Resourcing can be tight, meaning PMs frequently have to act as both strategic leaders and administrative coordinators.
Quarterly updates are disconnected always touting quarter after quarter/ year after year revenue records while running their staff into burnout with the mentality of less is more or better yet "scalability"
