Genuinely loved my job but the pay is sad - Clinical Conduct Associate/Technician Celerion Employee Review

Pros

Once you get the hang of it working is super easy. Good coworkers and management for the most part. You’ll never work holidays and maybe some weekends. I actually liked management and we got along really well. The doctors/NPS you’ll work with are kind people as well.

Cons

The pay is just okay. It’s definitely low starting and then you get an annual raise based off of performance (or if you’re the favorite). It’s just disheartening how low they start you off knowing you can make more at the in and out across the street, not to mention the cost of living has sky rocketed. They definitely need to keep up or they’ll keep loosing workers.

Pros

Serves as a decent place to get baseline industry experience on your resume before moving elsewhere. The direct team leads and peer-level colleagues are understanding and pleasant to work with.

Cons

Client-facing demands combined with aggressive study timelines often lead to heavy workloads and long hours.Resourcing can be tight, meaning PMs frequently have to act as both strategic leaders and administrative coordinators. Quarterly updates are disconnected always touting quarter after quarter/ year after year revenue records while running their staff into burnout with the mentality of less is more or better yet "scalability"
