As I have said earlier, this is a fast paced companies that is always exploring new approach and strategies. this in turn results in sometimes you working long hours and sometimes during the weekends to finish work. but overall i think this is a good starting point to start your career. Cons: sometimes, work tends to get overwhelming Long hours from time to time.
