Minimum welfare compensation. Lots of things to learn.
Cons
Below market pay. Cannot choose when to OT. Need to cooperate with others when taking leaves. OT will only be informed a day before. No bonus for this level. Performance-based compensation will be issued quarterly and totaled up to 1 month of salary or lesser for 4 quarters in a year. Crazy workload and management fails to fill up the lacking of manpower or take very long to fill up the empty workforce. Young employees don't stay here very long as they don't value talents.
