Most of the people are from best colleges in India, so great and innovative minds -- Work from home facility -- Frequent parties and outings.

- Multiple projects at the same time can get you exhausted sometimes Advice to Management -- Keep going with the great work culture. -- More hiring is required to balance the work and life.
