I work in an environment where I feel I can be open, transparent, and heard. We have a diverse team here and it only seems to be getting better. - Innovative. Sure, we have things we are constantly trying to improve on but we are doing things day-to-day that are really top-notch industry standard practices for our customers. - Fun and flexible. I'm a remote employee, which was hard to get used to at first, but leadership has done a great job of making it feel like we are all together and closely connected even though we're all across the US.
