Pros
Great people. I enjoy getting up and going to work everyday. I’m given the bandwidth to grow and stretch as much as I want in my role, which is important for me to stay happy in a work environment. If you suggest something, it is actually considered and valued which at a lot of larger companies would never happen.
Cons
Nervous about having to go on their healthcare next year because I’ve heard terrible things about it as a benefit- which I think is a pretty common issue at companies. Some of the goals people are held to could be updated- but I think they are adjusting those soon. It would also be nice to have more exposure to people in other branches.
