Cella has been nothing but amazing. This is the first company that I actually felt heard and taken care of. Upper management actually cares and talks with you and takes the time to learn your name and who you are. You aren't just another number on the team but a valued employee. It's not every day the VP reaches out to wish you a Happy Birthday, or Happy Anniversary or to even check in on you when you're sick. That's how I knew that Cella was different from all the other companies and how I knew I made the right decision coming here. This was my first time being acquired by another company and I've heard stories about how those can go, but leadership was upfront and honest and spoke to us every step of the way to make sure we were comfortable. It's been great since! Not to mention we are given unlimited PTO and that was important to me since I don't live near family - I've never felt like I wasn't allowed to take time off...it's actually encouraged. I love my job, my team, my boss, and everyone I've met along the way. Cella has felt like home from day one and I'm excited to see everything this company accomplishes.
