Pros
Leadership has been making a large effort to move scientific advances forward while reflecting on how they can encourage ground-up culture building. The CEO is dedicated to the people of the company and wants to break sterile big-pharma norms. Lots of initiatives ongoing and opportunity for all members of team. And the scientific aspect of the company should be a game changer.
Cons
Rapid growth during pandemic has led to stressed employees, some burn out, and some dissociation. Diversity is generally good across organization, computational/software side of org is least diverse - maybe a product of computational sciences still being so male-dominated in academia, but leadership is aware.
