      Pipeline has potential. If you like to travel and are unethical, then Celltrion Canada is for you.

      Cons

      Toxic culture, no trust from global head quarters down to affiliate offices. The focus is on buying business, no strategy. Leadership is inept, has blown the budget in 4 months and has stalled business. No role clarity, no comprehensive strategic plan, no understanding of the marketplace. Avoid at all costs.

      Great culture and continuous improvement mindset. Great Leadership team. Great environment to grow in. Ability to advance career. The health insurance the company provided is top notch. PTO time is also generous.
