A lot of instability within the last 1 yr EXCO doesn't care/mind the staff Executive decisions are not well-informed Overworked Pay across paygrades is not executed i.e. 2 people can be in the same pay grade but one earns 1.5 more HR is not open about paygrades and pay gaps
